Reduce the accidents

There are so many problems in the world that we should change to make the World better. The problems are, the traffic accidents, wasting electricity, cutting trees illegally, fishing illegally, behave to be a good student, child, friend...!!!

I'll talk about the traffic accidents. Everyday, when I come to school i usually see a lot of ambulance. That's because there was a lot of traffic accidents.
The traffic accidents in the world now have increase very much because of many reason, but the most important reason is that most of the people don't obey the rules. Some people know the rules but the don't obey. Some people don't know the rules but they don't want to learn of know about.
The important rules that most of the people need to obey but they don't :

1. Drive over speed limits.
2. Driving after drinking a lot of alcohol (especially at night).
3. Don't wear helmets.
   
4. Carrying the people out of limits.
5. Talking phone and not pay attention to drive.
6. Stop on the white line for people to walk...

But now a day, we have seen that the accidents rate have going down a little bit, because now as we have seen in Phnom Penh there are more than 90% have wear the helmets but mostly at the province only about 10% wear the helmets and in Phnom Penh much people also don't stop on the white line for people to walk.

So, the government should pay more attention to those traffic accidents to reduce these accident to less rate. They should :

1. Put more police office on each road.
2. Enforcement the law.
3. Fine more money from people who against the law.
4. Put more warning.
5. Threat them for the first and second time and for the third time take their motorcycle or cars away...

So, we also should obey the law to reduce these traffic accidents in other to safe the World, your life and your family life.
